Eligibility Criteria of the Scholarship ;
Applicants have to meet the following criteria to be eligible for Saudi Government Scholarships:
• The candidate requires to have residency Certificate.
• Men and women are eligible to apply for these awards.
• The minimum age that students must be is:
• Bachelor’s program: Age range: 17 to 25
• Masters program: under 30
• PhD program: under 35
• The candidate shouldn’t have any prior criminal activity.

• National ID Card or B.Form (Compulsory) — Identification document verifying your nationality and identity.
• Passport (Compulsory) — A valid travel document required for international admission and visa processing.
• Police Clearance Certificate (Compulsory) — A document confirming you have no criminal record.
• English Proficiency Letter (Compulsory) — Proof that you can study in English (from your institution or University).
• Hope Certificate — If your degree is not yet completed, this document confirms you will finish your degree before December 2026.
