• Submitting fraudulent, altered, or purchased documents will trigger instantaneous contract termination without refund, and AK Global Institute reserves the right to report verified fraudulent submissions to the appropriate academic or diplomatic authorities.

04 Client Responsibilities & Submission Deadlines

To ensure high-quality applications and maintain institutional deadlines, students agree to:

1. Provide requested academic documents, biographical details, and revisions in a timely manner according to the agreed advisory roadmap.
2. Disclose all previous visa refusals, academic suspensions, or gap years honestly to enable accurate legal assessment.
3. Acknowledge that AK Global Institute is not liable for missed deadlines or rejected applications resulting from student non-responsiveness or delayed documentation.

05 Retainers, Fees & Third-Party Charges

Advisory retainers compensate for dedicated counselor hours, document editing, and proprietary strategic matching. All external third-party expenses—including institutional application fees, standardized exam registration fees, apostille/translation fees, and official visa consular charges—remain the direct financial obligation of the student. Retainer fees are non-refundable once profile analysis or editorial drafting has commenced.

06 Intellectual Property & Bespoke Materials

Students retain full ownership over their biographical history and academic records. Strategy roadmaps, scholarship evaluation matrices, and interview coaching frameworks authored by AK Global Institute remain our exclusive intellectual property and cannot be redistributed, published, or commercially shared without written authorization.

07 Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AK Global Institute, its counselors, and executives shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or unforeseen damages resulting from foreign university admission outcomes, quota reductions, embassy processing delays, or changes in foreign immigration legislation.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed under the laws applicable to registered educational consultancies.
